Refund & Return Policy

Because each PosterfyMe print is custom-made and created just for you, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds. However, if something has gone wrong, we're here to make it right.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Each poster is a one-of-a-kind illustrated artwork based on the photo you provide. For that reason, we are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste
- Mistakes in the uploaded image
- Dislike of the artistic style after delivery
What We Do Refund or Replace
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item or size
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with a description and clear photo(s) of the issue.
Artwork Approval
- All customers receive a digital preview before printing.
- You may request one revision, which must be submitted within 3 days. If no revision is requested in that time, we'll move forward with printing as approved.
Please review your preview carefully — we are not able to reprint or refund approved artwork.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll work with our shipping partners to investigate. We're happy to offer a replacement if your package is confirmed lost.
